Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $100 within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and package weight.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–11 business days
  • International: 7–18 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs.

Fyn Damascus Knives is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing.

Shipping Delays

Fyn Damascus Knives is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs once the order has left our facility. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In most cases, we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund if the package cannot be recovered.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your knives to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we will need:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Your order number

Once we receive this information, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
