Returns Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase—such as your order number, order confirmation email, or a sales receipt.
If your return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the product is not defective or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

We do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased through second-hand shops or unauthorized dealers
- Orders placed on reselling or discount websites
- Final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you can expect your refund to be processed within 3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank but typically takes an additional 5–10 business days.
Refunds may be issued as:
- A full refund
- A store credit
- Or an exchange, depending on the situation
Custom Orders
Please note that custom or personalized orders are non-returnable. However, if we made a mistake—such as sending the wrong product or printing the wrong message compared to what you submitted—we will accept the return and cover all related costs.
